Saturday, August 29: 10:00 to 12:00
Wednesday, September 2: 6:00 to 7:30
Wednesday, September 9: 6:00 to 7:30
Simply copy and fill out our Registration and Health Form
& then,
Bring it in with you on one of our registration times to secure your child’s place in class
Team Registration
Saturday, August 29 @ 12:00
You will need to complete and bring in:
Registration and Health Form
Team Commitment Contract (Found under Team Program)
&
For Level 5 and up
USAG Sanction forms will also need to be completed, turned in and paid for during this registration time
Team members please make every effort to attend this registration time so that all forms are completed properly. Those who are not able to make the team registration time will be required to complete all of the above materials before starting up with the team. All high school competitors, even gymnasts who will not be attending until Nov. when high school season is finished, should register at this time as well so the forms can be completed properly and so that we can plan for our next season. We already have invitations to meets for this upcoming season and we don’t want anyone on team to miss the deadlines.
